Carly & Shane

Carly and Shane went to rival high schools, but grew up just five minutes away from each other in Cape May Court House. After college, when they both moved home to start job hunting, they reconnected and met up one night at The Princeton in Avalon. From there, their relationship bloomed into much more than just friendship.

Vicki & Ken

Vicki and Ken were both born and raised in Cape May County, and had their first encounter as preschoolers at Alphabet Alley (formerly in Wildwood Crest). However, despite living in the same county, crossing paths as children and both attending local high schools, the two didn’t know each other very well until January 2012.

Vicki was home during winter break of her senior year of college, and Ken had just returned home from deployment in Afghanistan. As fate would have it, Vicki and Ken crossed paths yet again, which was the beginning of their relationship together.

Chelsey & Adam

Chelsey and Adam had known each other since middle school, but despite having many classes together throughout the years, they never really met until their senior year of high school in 2006. The couple met on Halloween night after going trick-or-treating with a group of friends. Adam was dressed as a nerd, but that must've had a charming effect on Chelsey, because the rest is history. As Chelsey puts it, "We truly are the best of friends."

Gina & Phil

Gina and Phil met at a Sunday Jam at the Ocean Drive in Sea Isle City. Phil was working as a door man, while Gina was just enjoying a night out with her girlfriends. Fast forward some time spent together, and Phil decided to propose to Gina one Christmas Eve. Gina said yes enthusiastically as both families watched. Everyone then celebrated Gina and Phil's engagement during the couple's first holiday dinner in their new home.

Dianna & David

This bride and groom-to-be exhausted past dating avenues and ventured online to a dating application called Plenty of Fish. It wasn't the typical introduction you'd find through mutual friends, blind dates or out and about, but nonetheless, Dianna and David are not typical, so it was quite appropriate. They have many similar characteristics and attributes, but enough differences for them to continue to be intrigued by one another and on their toes. After a few months of chatting, Dianna and David met up in a non-traditional fashion, wearing sweatpants for a comfy evening at home.

Jillian & Trey

Jillian and Trey met online in August 2014. When it came time to finally meet in person, Jillian was on crutches for the first date due to tearing her ACL while playing soccer. After their date, Trey repeatedly visited Jillian post-surgery and took care of her. She knew if he was by her side during all of this, especially so early in the relationship, he would be in it for the long haul.

Regina & Rose Marie

Regina and Rose Marie were introduced through sports by a mutual friend. The couple has been together for 34 years, since July 21, 1981.

In the fall of 2014, Regina and Rose Marie decided they wanted to express their commitment and love for each other in front of their nieces and nephews.
