Stefanie and Chuck met at their local gym, where they both worked out regularly. After sensing a spark, both Stefanie and Chuck began not-so-secretly arriving to the gym at the same time so they had the opportunity to "bump into" each other. They got to talking and eventually began working out together, allowing time to chat and get to know one another. Eventually Stefanie and Chuck went on their first date, and neither of them ever looked back!

Chuck proposed to Stefanie while they were building their first home together. That day, they had a meeting with their builder, during which it started to snow. After the meeting, Chuck asked if they could drive by the land they purchased so they could check on something. When they got there, he got out of the car in the snow and popped the question on the spot where their future home and life together would be.

When it came time to plan their big day, the two knew they wanted to have a wedding that represented who they are. Both of them agreed that a summer wedding would be best, and being South Jersey natives, Cape May County seemed to be an excellent choice. They chose the Stone Harbor Golf Club, a place that allowed their guests to enjoy the beautiful sunny weather during cocktail hour and scenic views during both cocktail hour and the reception.

The couple was very hands-on during the planning process. They worked with a designer to a create save-the-dates which were centered around a “wedding logo,” which included Stefanie and Chuck’s initials, S and C. This logo was used on many details throughout the wedding, such as cocktail napkins, menus, ceremony programs and favors. Additionally, they chose pink, white and gold as their colors, a perfect reflection of the warm weather outside.

After Stefanie and Chuck exchanged “I Dos,” Great American Trolley Company transported both the guests and bridal party to the reception site and allowed everyone to start celebrating early. At the reception, guests enjoyed dinner, cake and lots of fun! From the time the bridal party was announced, everyone was up and out of their seats dancing the night away to upbeat music. At the end of the night, the trolley safely returned everyone to their hotel rooms, ending the exciting yet memorable night.
